NO PARKING IS PERMITTED ON THE BYPASS

You have two parking options when making plans for attending Concert on the Dunes – Please note the Jockey’s Ridge lot will fill up quickly. Please plan accordingly.

1. The Jockey’s Ridge Parking lot located at 300 W Carolista Drive, Nags Head, NC 27959. 
2. Satellite parking is located at Pirates Quay Shopping Center located in Nags Head with shuttles running to/from Jockey’s Ridge State Park. Shuttle service will be available throughout the event from 5PM until after the show is complete.

Pets are permitted in all state parks. We do ask for your consideration of other patrons.  

• Please be reminded of the heat and temperature of the sand at Jockey’s Ridge.
• Please clean up after your animal. 
• Be aware that the live entertainment will include potentially loud music and lighting.
• They are to be on a leash no longer than 6 feet.
• They are to be under control of owner.
• Pets are prohibited from entering any building.

You may bring a chair. Please be courteous and aware of space restrictions at the satellite parking and bus route.

• Boogie boards & kites for fun on the dunes

Gates will open for parking at Jockey’s Ridge following regular park hours. 

Jockey’s Ridge visitor safety is always a top priority. The park staff, Park Rangers, and off-duty police officers will be on site throughout the event and available for any emergency situation.

Possession or consumption of alcoholic beverages is prohibited.
